Diaper Lab Newborn Rental Program

Choose one of our three packages: Basic, Mix it Up and Deluxe.  See below for details of each package.

Important:  Do not pay for the package until COMPLETING the Cloth Diapering Workshop and filling in the application form.

At least a month before your due date:

1. Complete an Introduction to Cloth Diapers Workshop. This is mandatory so that you know what your options are and how to care for the diapers properly. This 2 hour workshop is the best way to to get up to speed on cloth diapering.  
2. Fill in the application form so that we can prepare the right package for you.
3. Pay for your rental (in store, by phone, or on this page).
4. Sign our rental terms and conditions electronically.  This will be sent to you when your rental package becomes available.
5. Then you can pick up your package or have it shipped to you about 2-3 weeks before your due date.

How it Works

Use your diapers for three months.  Your rental start date officially starts from the day your baby was born or your due date, which ever is later.

Then return your rental diapers CLEAN and DRY and in good condition.  Drop off or ship.  You get to keep any remaining detergent and rash cream.  You will then receive $50 store credit to use any way you wish.  Any diapers or accessories that are damaged will be charged to the customer.

Diapers will be a mix of new and pre-loved.  They are ALL pre-washed and ready for immediate use.  Everything has been inspected by Diaper Lab Staff to assure their usefulness for the duration of the rental.  Any diaper or accessory that is defective or no longer serviceable during the rental period may be returned to Diaper Lab for a replacement at Diaper Lab's discretion.  The diapers that you get are based upon availability.  Brand, prints and colors will vary.

If you are expecting multiples, or a small or large baby, just speak with our staff.  We will make sure the diapers included in your package will work for your situation.

Included accessories in all packages:

• 1 Pail Liner
• 1 Package for Cloth Diaper safe detergent (new)
• 1 Package of Cloth Diaper safe rash cream (new)
• 6 Fleece Liners
• 5 Pods of Mighty Bubbles (For use each month and for the final wash before rental return)
• Detailed Wash Instructions
• In person, zoom, phone and or email cloth diapering assistance as needed.

Please note that brands, colors, prints, detergents will vary from the images.  What is provided depends on what is in inventory at the time.
