What's the difference between the thinkbaby version and the thinksport version? The short answer....nothing. The slightly longer answer is that we were producing previously our BPA Free Feeding Sets with our logo across them ("thinkbaby"). We received some push back from 5 year olds that insisted that they were no longer babies and didn't want to see the word "baby" on any of their products. So we applied this logic to the sunscreen, knowing that kids above a certain age might push back if we didn't have another version available. Use 1. For use on children younger than 6 months, please consult with a doctor. 2. Recommend shaking tube prior to use. Please note that our sunscreen has a very high molecular weight. So smaller amounts will go a long way. 3. Apply approximately 30 minutes to sun exposure. This will also allow the sunscreen to fully absorb and reduce the potential for "whitening". Recommend additional applications for events that involve heavy sweating or water based activities. Although the sunscreen falls into the highest level of water resistance. 4. Using our sunscreen helps reduce chance of sunburn, skin cancer, and premature aging of skin. We also recommend wearing protective clothing while in the sunlight. 5. Avoid getting sunscreen in your eyes. 6. Warning: If for any reason you have skin irritation, we recommend stopping use and consulting with a doctor. We use only safe ingredients with no known allergens. But, if problems arrise with the use of any product, always best to consult with an expert.

Background Through our research and testing we found the majority of sunscreens currently on the market are full of questionable ingredients and known carcinogens. Chemical based sunscreens will apply virtually clear, as they utilize harmful chemical absorbers and have little to no zinc in the formulation. We utilize the highlest level of Zinc in our formulation. The sunscreen absorbs surprisingly well into the skin and does not cause the "ghosting" caused by pasty zinc formulas. With that said, it does not go on perfectly clear. We engineered our sunscreen for people that are serious about sun protection and that aren't interested in gambling with chemical based sunscreens. We have tested it from surfers in California, at high altitude with skiers and snowboarders, to cyclists in the heat of summer in Austin, Texas. The responses have all been amazing.

At thinkbaby and thinksport, we are continually expanding our mission to provide safe products by identifying consumer product categories with known human health issues. Specifically, we target products that contain high levels of hormone disruptors and carcinogens. We then work with leading scientists worldwide to create safe alternatives.
