Are the containers oven safe? The containers can be reheated without the lid up to 250F.
Can the containers go straight from the freezer to the microwave? We recommend the containers being left at room temperature for about 15 minutes so that there is no temperature shock.
How can I clean the silicon seal? You can remove the seal using an object with a rounded edge so that it does not damage the seal. We recommend using the rounded end of a paper clip. For more instructions please watch this video.
